Matt Hall is a 36-year-old Youth Minister in Silicon Valley and has been married for six years and has two kids.

He grew up skinny, oblivious to the struggles of weight but by the end of high school was bigger than he felt comfortable. From college onward, he would try to lose weight but slowly gained the weight over time. He finally came to Intermittent fasting and the weight started to come off. Whilst he is not at his goal weight, he knows how to manage his weight and will kick off toward his goal when his life allows, and he is in the space to do so. A refreshing looks at how to get to goal without feeling like you cannot stop or take a breath and hold weight at a number for a while while you re-group.

He talks about the ups and downs of his intermittent fasting journey and how, at times he was incredibly successful and other times where life got in the way and he became what he calls he calls “an occasional intermittent faster”. He is also a cancer survivor and talks about how he felt at that time with his diet and weight.

Matt is an incredibly passionate advocate about men’s health and has a group exclusive to men where they can discuss things that they may feel uncomfortable discussing in the company of women.
