Kim Smith lost 85 pounds with intermittent fasting, rendering her unrecognizable inside and out.  She went on to co-author a motivational memoir called Unbelievable Freedom with her husband Ryan, and now publishes a workbook series called the Unbelievable Freedom Habit Guides. Kim’s grandmother continually encouraged her with the words Enjoy Your Life, which became a mantra.  Her mission is to create books that support the enjoyment of life and the experience of freedom. A great chat with Kim who shares some inspiring insights into her weight loss journey.
