John Jerry Saunders Jnr is an inspiring man to listen to and is from Columbus Ohio in the United States. He has been living an intermittent fasting lifestyle for over 6 years and is a long term intermittent faster who has lived an incredible lifestyle change over that time. He lost a staggering 45.5kgs ( 100 pounds) over the first two years of his journey and has maintained that now for over 4 years. JJ gives us a great insight into living an intermittent fasting lifestyle and making it sustainable for life.
