Rachel Awad gives a fantastic insight into alternate-day fasting and talks about her journey with intermittent fasting. Rachel discusses with me why she thinks alternate day fasting can be a good idea and how it has worked for her. We talk about what are the right and wrong reasons to do or start alternate day fasting. ‘ She opens up about how sometimes the eating days are more complicated than the fasting days and why she thinks that is the case. We chatted about the fact that alternate-day fasting is not necessarily for everyone and no one should feel pressured to do the longer fasts.
